Rooster Designs was established 1999, to support small scale decorative painting business, focusing mainly on custom one of a kind mobile phone covers.
Starting from 2003, business moved more towards software development for the mobile phones and supporting server software. First some small projects like Scheduler and SciCalc were driven by own needs and reached the finals of Sonera Best Developer competition in two consecutive years starting from 2004.
From 2006 Rooster Designs has been consulting a few companies on mobile technologies and delivering J2ME/RIM applications to support their businesses. Own products haven't been forgotten and all interesting ideas are being worked on, most recently GlassPlayer which has been very well received by mobile users (over 5.5Million downloads world wide).
