Permission settings for phones

  1. Go to application folder where the application is installed (usually Games or Applications)
  2. High light the software
  3. Select "More"
  4. Select "Permissions"
  5. Select the appropriate permission type
  6. Select "Never Ask"

Permission types (Not all of these are needed for our applications to run)

  • "Internet Access" is used for internet access
  • "Messaging" is used for sms and mms messaging
  • "Local Connectivity" is used for local connections, such as Bluetooth
  • "Read user data" is used for local data access such as file system

    1. Go to "Applications" in main view

    4. Select "Options"
    5. Select "Application access"
    6. Select the appropriate permission type
    7. Select "Never Ask"

  • "Communication->Connectivity" is used for local connections, such as Bluetooth

    5. Select "Always allowed"
